KITTCO is a family business started in 1995 by Kim and Joe Kitt of West Springfield, MA. It started as a very informal repair and upgrade service for our friends and relatives. As time wore on, we did more work for "other than family members" and began searching out vendors for hardware. In the process, we became more determined to grow the business. What we found was an industry that was taking advantage of people's fear of PC's. From that point on, KITTCO was all about helping out and destroying the phobia associated with personal computing. Simple explanations to problems and honest advice have helped us succeed where others have failed.
