Quote Terms
Note: All KITTCO PC's come with in-home setup, 1 year On-site
warranty, All software loaded AND configured. (I load all the
drivers for your system and make sure that they are installed
utilizing the best possible features/options available.) When
you get a machine from me all you have to do is turn it on and
use it. I also spend about an hour with you and your family
answering any questions you may have or, what a lot of my
customers like to do, is get set up with the internet while I'm
there. We can also load other software that you might already
own. I may not be the cheapest, but I am competitive and give
you a quality product with super service. All parts are covered
for 1 year on-site. (laptops may have to be repaired offsite and
are not covered for physical damage from abuse, like a drop or
spills) (ZT system laptops come with the warranty by ZT systems)
The only other thing not covered is Software related issues. If
something doesn't work because of software, I can always fix
them, but my housecall rates would apply. ($75 hr) I am always
available by email or phone and I don't charge for that. (I'm
very good at email) And I also have training "classes"
one-on-one in home for the same housecall rate. Hope this fits

Payment Terms:
All Items must be paid in full prior to shipment/delivery.
Personal Check, Company check, or Cash is acceptable. Purchasing
via MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express is available,
but a 3% charge will be added to your total.
Substitutions:
We reserve the right to substitute parts or brands due to
shipping shortages or stock outages.
Shipping Lead Times:
Although shipping schedules are subject to change, we strive to
achieve 100% on-time delivery. The lead time for your items is
dependent on payment type.
If a company check is used, it may delay the shipment/delivery
by 3-5 days while the check clears. We hope these terms are
acceptable to you and look forward to doing business with you
and your company.
