PC's come with in-home setup, 1 year On-site warranty, All
software loaded AND configured. (We load all the drivers for
your system and make sure that they are installed utilizing the
best possible features/options available.) When you get a
machine from us, all you have to do is turn it on and use it. We
also spend about an hour with you and your family answering any
questions you may have or, what a lot of our customers like to
do, is get set up with the internet while we're there. We can
also load other software that you might already own. We may not
always be the cheapest, but are very competitive and give you a
quality product with super service. All parts are covered for 1
year on-site. The only thing not covered is Software related
issues. If something doesn’t work because of software, we can
always fix them, but our house call rates would apply. ($50
first hr, $15 every additional hr.) We are always available by
email or phone and don't charge for that. (We're very good at
email) We also offer training "classes" one-on-one in
home for the same house call rate. (A 3-hour class works out to
$80 opposed to most places, which charge $90.) Hope this fits
