The plan was to find an adventure to replace Laconia 2000. Brian was to change assignments the week of Laconia making a reunion trip an impossibility. He urged us to go without him, but since this trip is primarily about getting together and putting some miles on the cycles, we voted to try something different. This turned out to be a great decision. I will TRY to capture the essence of this trip, but let me say up front that I am sure that this web will miss the mark trying to capture the gorgeous scenery and friendly people of West Virginia, the powerful images of Gettysburg and the fantastic way in which we all shared our week long trip to WEST B.G. VIRGINIA! |
